Refund Policy:

Welcome to Nikki Bartol's coaching containers! I'm thrilled to embark on this journey with you. My programs & courses are designed to foster growth, learning, and transformation. I understand, however, that sometimes life can take unexpected turns. This refund policy aims to balance commitment with compassion, ensuring a fair and clear process for all.

  1. Commitment to the Journey: My programs & courses are a comprehensive journey that requires full participation and commitment. When you enroll, you are reserving a space that is no longer available to others. Your commitment helps us ensure the highest quality of coaching and group dynamics.


  2. Pay-in-Full Options: For those who opt for the pay-in-full method, we offer a reflection period of 14 days from the date of original purchase. If within this period, you feel that the program or course is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund. We kindly ask for written notice via email, along with a brief explanation of your decision. Refund requests after this period will not be honoured, as your commitment maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the program.


  3. Payment Plan Option: If you've chosen any payment plan options, please be aware that this is a commitment to pay for the program or course in its entirety. The 14-day reflection period also applies here. If you request a refund within this period, any payments made will be refunded, and the remaining payments canceled. After the 14-day period, you are responsible for completing all payments, as the spot reserved for you is a commitment for the entire duration of the program.


  4. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that extraordinary situations may arise. In extenuating circumstances or unforeseen life events, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis beyond the 14-day period. Such requests must be accompanied by relevant documentation and will be reviewed with fairness and empathy.


  5. Processing Refunds: All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the refund request. The amount will be returned via the original method of payment.


  6. Continuous Support: Even if you decide that the program isn’t right for you, we wish you all the best on your journey and I am always here to support you in whatever way I can.
